He is a great trainer he got me and my son off our butts and eating healthier and doing more exercise things i would never of thought of .very nice to work with him.he is very understanding of any physical injuries you have and helps you to lose the inches and weight

Mark is the best trainer in the world!!! After my first session with him I quickly realized that his method was different. My first half-hour session I could barely move or walk. But I knew that he had pushed me really hard, and that I would see the results I had been struggling to get. I signed with Mark that same day, and I couldn't have be happier. I also got my brother to go with me and sign up.
Only 3 weeks into the training. Very professional. Tough but great motivator. Contract is very specific and clear. Works with you and your goals. Great suggestions and the exercises are those that you can (should be) do (ing) at home.
