  • I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

    Email us at info@srfitness.net with your order number, the name on your order and a detailed question and we will get back to you.

  • HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    Our goal is to ship orders within 24-48 hours from order time and date. Sales and holidays will greatly effect that. Mail does not deliver on Sundays or holidays and we do not have control over that. If you place an order with 2-3 day priority.....the 2-3 days is from when the order is sent...not the day you place the order.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    You may return your unused product in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days. Any items returned later than 30 days will not be processed. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange you will need to return the product for a refund and then place a new order for your items on our website. Due to hygiene issues hats, are non-refundable. Items with hair, deodorant marks or any visible damage will be rejected. All clearance item purchases are final.

  • IF I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM OR THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE, WHAT DO I DO?

    Contact us at info@srfitness.net and tell us what we did wrong or what is wrong with the item you received. We will send you a shipping label so you can send it back for an exchange or in some cases we will refund the purchase.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

    Allow 3 - 5 business days for Swift Gear to process your refund to the original form of payment. You will be sent an email once we have processed the refund. You will need to contact your financial institution to determine when they will credit back your account.

  • I NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.

    3 possibilities: 1) You didn't complete your purchase. 2) Confirmation notices went into your spam. 3) You didn't enter your email correctly.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    We only ship within the United States at this time.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    Monday through Friday orders will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will be shipped out the following non-holiday business day.

  • TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T GET IT... WHAT DO I DO?

    We have the same tracking information that you have. Swift Gear considers orders delivered when we receive confirmation for the carrier selected at checkout. Swift Gear cannot be responsible for orders that have been shown by the carrier as delivered. You will need to contact the carrier directly to file a missing item report. Most orders are not considered missing or lost until 8 weeks has passed.
